From the concerts to the swearing in ceremony, Stormy was but one vessel among millions who formed a sea of American flags outside our nation’s Captial for the inauguration of our 44th president. Despite the cold, Stormy now has incredibly toned upper-arm muscles from waving the red, white and blue seemingly non-stop for the past few days and night.
